FAQ Desenzano Camping Village
The resort is located about 2 km away from the town centre of Desenzano del Garda. The bus stop that connects the resort to the town centre is 100 m away. Tickets are not sold in the resort.
The reception desk is open 24 hours. Guests can retrieve the accommodation keys from 4 p.m. Check-out and the return of keys must be done by 11 a.m..
We accept payments in cash (for amounts up to 999.99€), cash card and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, CartaSì).

We do not have an entertainment service throughout the season. Occasional events and entertainment are planned.
The resort has studio apartments and lodges without architectural barriers. Contact our staff to check availability.
Wi-Fi is available for free.
There is no internal market.
For requests or preferences, you can write an email or contact the property. Our booking office will try wherever possible to satisfy the preferences. It is not possible to guarantee a specific number of accommodation. The number will be communicated only upon arrival.
The supply of sheets and towels is always included in the price.
For information about the daily tidying up, the conditions set at the time of booking confirmation are valid.
Close to the lake there is a stretch of beach with free access. On the lawn, a solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sun beds can be used for a fee. For more information click here

Due to local ordinance dogs cannot swim in the lake in front of our stretch of beach.
